Sarah's life revolves around martial arts, not only in her career but at home too.

She met her current husband, Gary just shortly before she started the martial arts in 1996. 
He is also a long time martial artist and coach.


In 2000 she gave birth to her first child, Thomas Jet (T.J.) and in 2003 she brought Mara Jade into the world,  with the promise she will never torcher her body like that again!



 T.J. is active in martial arts, wrestling and chess club.


 Mara loves martial arts classes.and does well with grappling even at her young age!
